Do I need to register to make an order, i.e. make an account?
No, you do not have to. You can order products both as a guest and as a registered customer. However, if you want to purchase our online store in the future, we recommend creating an account. A personal account allows you to view your purchasing history and view and edit your contact information. You can also complete orders more easily and quickly thanks to the pre-filled contact information fields.
Can I make an order if I have already paid for it?
If you notice a mistake in your order, you can change the order immediately after confirmation. How long does it take to get the package?
1. Package

I forgot my password. What should i do?

How can I change my address, password, etc.?
Sign in to your Biolarte account and click on the "My Account" link. Check the box next to "Change your password" to open a new window where you can make any necessary changes.

No According to Estonian law, § 53 (4) cannot return products that are frozen, sensitive and short-lived.
